Television entertainer Jeremy Beadle has died after a short battle with pneumonia.
His wife Sue, 60, and close friends were at his bedside in a north London when he passed away.
The star, best known for the shows Beadle's About and You've Been Framed, leaves his wife, daughters Cassie, 21, and Bonnie, 19, and step children Leo and Claire.
The 59-year-old was diagnosed with leukaemia in 2005, just ten months after having a tumour removed from his kidney.
Beadle was a significant fundraiser for Children with Leukaemia throughout his life and is estimated to have raised more than £100 million for charities in general.
He was awarded an MBE in 2001.

Beadle……on the one hand, he had a big ••••, on the other hand, he had a small one.

As a mark of respect Jeremy Beadle’s family have requested all messages of condolence to be written in short hand.

What with having liver cancer and then dying of pneumonia at 59, it’s fair to say that Beadle was dealt a bad hand.
Jeremy Beadle was never any good at poker - he always had a rubbish hand.
The sad thing is he would still be alive today if only he could have got the lid off of his tablets.

Jeremy Beadle was found next to a single glove. Detectives have yet to establish cause of death but believe the glove may have had a small hand in it

Rumor has it Beadles wife has requested that his ashes be spread on the family allotment at the bottom of the garden.TV producers have already signed his wife up to up to a new series about his life and it's going to be called "BEADLES A SPROUT"  |
